We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns.
The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at LazytoonIndia@gmail.com
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at LazytoonIndia@gmail.com. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.
Except in case of any offers, we charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all orders.
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
Cancellation, Return and Refund
You can cancel you order within 6 hours of placing the order via Whatsapp. You can opt to cancel order by clicking the link
In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns/exchange section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Please note that no handling fee is charged for returns. In addition, free products received during any promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on LazytoonIndia@gmail.com. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request if you receive any wrong order.
Return request needs to be raised within 10 days of the delivery date.

In case of orders placed with discount or bundle up offer is returned, the discount will be waived of and the products will be billed on MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit in a form of a COUPON CODE
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE. Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, a coupon code worth the Order Value will be sent to the registered email or whatsapp number which can be used in under 30 days from the issuance of the coupon code
